30 DS burns 250 cal an hour. Just manually type it in.0

Circuit training unless u have a heart rate monitor0

You can add exercises. I put it in as 30 Day Shred and then use a HRM for the correct calorie burn.0

What HRM do you use?0

I goes under calisthenics (jumping jacks-push-ups.. situps) are all in that category0

I bought a fairly cheap one from WalMart...it's a wrist watch that has a HR sensor on it and calculates your cals burned! It isn't as good as a Polar or one with a chest strap but it gives me a general idea!
If you don't wanna get a HRM yet, then I recommend doing MFP's circuit training...at least it is based off of your weight that way!0 -
HRM is definitely the best way to go.
I've heard other people do circuit training.
But when I use my HRM, I burn anywhere from 300-400 calories, it differs every day.0 -
i used to log it as circuit traning general before i got my hrm (polar f6) .0
