Bulging disc in my neck

So what exercises can I NOT do? Can I still do squats safely? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

I have multiple budging discs and when I met with the trainer she encouraged repetitions over weight. She wanted me to build up endurance and slowly add weight. Currently I do all nautilus machines without much trouble, including shoulders.

I have 4 bulging discs in my neck. I find shoulder raises (front and lateral) difficult, as well as shoulder presses and snatch -- very hard. I still do them, but very controlled, and much lower weight than a "normal" person.
I also have 2 herniations: 1 at mid back, 1 at low back. "Lifting Heaving, bro" is just not possible for me. Maybe one day, but I haven't been able to do it without aggravation of my condition. But the mid and lower back affect *heavy* squats, deadlifts, good mornings etc... not so much with lighter weight.

I have a bulging disc in my lower back. Physical therapy helped me tuck it back where its supposed to be. I also have bursitis in my shoulders and neck issues from a car accident. I'm using resistance bands.
