Hi in having a real problem
Have done t25 didnt lose weight..so did piyo lost nothing so gone bk to t25. My weight
is.going bk upand i am getting fatter what am i dóing wrong pls help i log my food everyday !!

    Exercise is good for overall health but, for weight loss, the important part is to consume fewer calories than your body uses.

    I am not familiar with what t25 or piyo are, but a few points come to mind:

    - Measure your food by weight, not volume
    - Be more strict about intake for 1-2 weeks, then have a re-feed meal
    - Exercise is for health, recomposition, and calorie partitioning, not gross weight loss

    It is definitely food, examine what you are eating, and if you are being completely honest what you log.
