Can someone help me? I want to put in the 30 day shred but it does not come up in the database for exercise...how do you put it in?
Thanks.

You can add exercises. I put it in as 30 Day Shred and then use a HRM for the correct calorie burn.

I bought a fairly cheap one from WalMart...it's a wrist watch that has a HR sensor on it and calculates your cals burned! It isn't as good as a Polar or one with a chest strap but it gives me a general idea!

If you don't wanna get a HRM yet, then I recommend doing MFP's circuit training...at least it is based off of your weight that way!

HRM is definitely the best way to go.
I've heard other people do circuit training.
But when I use my HRM, I burn anywhere from 300-400 calories, it differs every day.
