Stubborn pounds

Trying to drop 3-4 stubborn pounds.
I run 3/x wk & bike 4-5/x wk along with yoga & weight training.
The app has me eating a base of 1300 calories then add back in calories burned (which I sometimes don't hit 1300 calories after taking off what I've burnt) but I don't seem to be getting the weight off.
I eat very clean one cup of coffee w/coconut sugar a day otherwise 64+ oz water.
Any insight?

How long have you had a stable exercise routine and consistent calorie count per day going? Weight loss isn't linear, so if you just started doing it, you might have to wait a couple more weeks to see results.

If you still aren't dropping the pounds, or gaining any, then you're eating the same amount of calories as your body burns in a day (from being at rest and the exercise). Many estimates of calories burned for exercise are on the high side, and for this reason many people here choose to eat back only 50% or 75% of the calories they burn through exercise.

    Hope that helps.

I've been consistent with working out for 10+ years
I've daily logged my food/exercise for nearly 2 years.
I wear a polar loop 24/7 and 2 weeks ago added the HRM 7 for my bikes/runs.
I log approx 50+ miles running a month and approx 150+ miles biking a month

Do you weigh and measure everything (digital scale and liquid cups & spoons) you eat and drink, oils butters, dressings, etc included?
If you are close to your goal, really tightening up your calorie counting usually gets you there- slowly, very slowly sometimes.

    Cheers, h

I've been measuring out most everything but I just got a food scale to start weighting out my food too so hopefully that will help. Thank you

Yeah, that should sort out the problem. Just make sure you have a reasonable deficit (1/2 a pound a week, I'd say), and you should see it come off soon!

If that doesn't sort it, then try eating back fewer exercise calories. :)

Your logging needs improvement to give solid advice. I sure hope you are eating more then what you are logging.
