Ten Pound Massacre

Hey everyone, I'm wanting to lose a total of those ten pesky pounds by New Years. I've gone away to college, and don't want to succumb to the 'Freshman Fifteen'. I think that overall with motivation, dedication, and support from others with the same goal, could be extremely encouraging.
