After numerous failed weight loss programmes due to lack of will power n over indulgence fingers crossed calorie counting n recording wat I eat will help get me on the right track

    Hi Claire, welcome to this app. I am also new here. This is helping me a lot to keep on the track on my food intake. It's all about what we eat. Just be watchful in the evening. That is the key to loose weight. Good luck.please feel free to add me if you like.
