Mood swings when dieting

I'm trying not to eat after 7pm, I work 9-7 every day and I get pretty hungry after work. When I am hungry or thinking about eating and forcing myself not to I get very grumpy. By 7 pm I usually have all of my calories eaten for the day as extra motivation to not eat late. Any advice?

Meal timing has nothing to do with losing weight. Maybe spread your calorie intake better. Leave a little for the end of the day.0
