That is awesome for you guys, I am pretty sure at 5'9 my maintenance is only about 1900. I hope you find lots of people who can support you :)

I'm usually 1800 calorie deficit but I had a vacation where I probably consumed 4000 calories a day and with Thanks giving coming up where I plan on consuming 5000 calories I thought I should be on a bigger deficit than usual. But after I recover from Thanksgiving I will be back maintaining/ small deficit.

Feel free to add me. I aim for 17-1800. Don't always hit it but that is goal for a steady weight loss. I am 5'7" and 155lbs right now. Aiming for 140lbs

My TDEE is about 2200-2300. My net goal is 1470 which is essentially my BMR, I eat my exercise calories so I average a gross of about 1700-1800 per day for 1lb per week loss. 5'5 currently 181lbs. Start weight was somewhere around 220lbs.

I'm 5'3" and 63kg and aiming for 2200cal/day to lose (fairly active)... if anyone would like to add me I'd quite like to have some people with more calories (easier to relate to than 1200 cals)

1600 calories sounds good for me... Just everyday is not possible for my consumption. I would love to I don't know if I have the will power though. Maybe 1750 calories sounds more possible. I like to eat and it's my hobby.

Technically my daily goal is 1300-something but with exercise it's 1600-plus. Feel free to add me!

I'm at 1800 per day right now. Seems realistic to me for the long term. I eat a lot of fresh foods though. Feel free to add!

Over the last 30 days, I averaged 2110 calories per day. I burned 2742 per day on average. Would prefer that to be more like 1,900-2,000 calories eaten and 2,900 - 3,000 calories burned, but either way - yes to plenty of calories please. I honestly don't know how I could do this on less food. I know that means as I get closer to goal my weight loss will inevitably slow as my overall deficit will fall - but I plan to do a combo of: 1) be ok with slower weight loss; 2) do more and more intense exercise to keep my TDEE up. But I don't see me realistically lowering my calories below 1,800-2,000/day. While I know my maintenance calories will go down over time, that same process will increase my fitness and make it easier for me to exercise with greater intensity and duration - so I am confident that will help to offset some of that decline. I don't really understand people who say exercise isn't important. Yes, you can lose weight without exercise but you can't do that if you love to eat. I love to eat.

I am 1800 calories because I have a lot of weigh to lose. So far i have lost 60+. I probably eat between 1750 and 1900 depending on the day. I exercise about an hour a day 6 days a week.
