how do i measure myself ?

I havent seen the scale move in a month ... I know I should measure myself.. but how do i do it ?

    I'd suggest you measure yourself while looking into a mirror - that way you can note exactly where on your body you are measuring yourself so your next set is taken from the same place.

    Other than that, just get a flexible tape and wrap it around the bits you want to monitor. Wrap it so it's snug, but not so tight that you've got a muffin top going on over the top of the tape.

    You want to be able to replicate the method each time so you are measuring the same thing every week/month. You could get your OH to do it for you?
