    Hi, my name is Tonie and I'm a MFP addict. I can't help it. I love this app.

    I love to make silly and sarcastic posts. I'm very social on the app. I log daily. Keep an open diary. I'm not a good example to follow as far as food goes though. I'm getting super close to goal and looking for more fun friends who actually interact!

    This journey is difficult but that doesn't mean it can't be fun!

    I am trying to get more dedicated to weight lifting for strength and endurance, running is something else I had been focusing on until I had a high ankle sprain, not ready to run yet. I want to get my weight down to 200, I'm at 215 now. If you're goals are likewise lets be freinds

    So my feed is unfortunately starting to get quiet, which is making me sad.

    Feel free to add me. I'm a daily user, have been hovering around 25lbs lost, and always looking for inspiration from others.

    I usually eat about 1600-1700 cals daily at 5'9", and looking to lose about 5-15lbs (depending on appearance).

    Me please. I lost 30 hit a plateau then joined MFP. I am down another 13. But, I have lost momentum. Maybe it's the long semester and outside stress, but friends motivate me! Ultimate goal is to lose 100 lbs but I am being happy about losing every 10
