I would like videos, but just anything that is easy for me to do at home. I have an infant at home so ones that are quick. I had a c section 4 months ago and I'm still really weak from it. I have a hard time with activity and such so I'm pretty weak and I really want change that. Any hep would be appreciated. I'm sorry I'm needy.

Yep, youtube and fitness blender. You can find pilates, low impact cardio, HIIT when you're ready. I also love my wii fit and just dance games. Those are really move at your own pace ways to build some endurance and strength without over doing it or leaving the house.

    Also go on waks!

I have Nike Training on my phone. Great variety of workouts from 15 to 45 minutes.

Unless the weather is awful, get a carrier and start walking. It is great exercise and the baby will love it.
