Helo,
My name is Briana and I am trying to get back into jump starting my diet and exercise. I lost so much weight last year and then became a model but now I am struggling with my food intake. I just want to eat everything and I don't even care about what I eat. I have trouble eating way too much food. I I just need this community journal to help me and push me to loose my weight again because I hate my body the way it is. I just don't know how to stop myself anymore.

Welcome to MFP
In order to decrease your body weight, you have to eat at a deficit ( calories burned > calories ingested).

Buy yourself a food scale and weigh everything you eat, log it at MFP and make sure your total calories ingested is less than calories burned
