Today I made the 100lbs lost point which gets me more or less to my original goal!
As mentioned previously it's much more about losing fat and gaining muscle now so the scales aren't everything. I think there's still some way to go but I'm really happy with progress so far and looking forward to a new wardrobe shopping spree soon!!

Bud, Good job! I am going to show this to my husband as I had persuaded him to join mfp but he doesn't realise the important of CICO and exercises. sigh! How do u keep on rowing after a whole day work? Usually he feels tired and doesn't want to log mfp and do exercises.0
