I've just started a strength training class at Gold's Gym that uses barbells and a variety of weights. Does that count?

I'm trying to find more women that are serious about weightlifting too. I don't think there is many.

I love to lift. I've been lifting since high school and have recently completed my 4th round of P90X. We are currently doing 63 days of the Insanity workout program, but I haven't given up my gym membership.

I love lifting! I'm still pretty new to it but my workouts are so much more fun now, and it was only once I started lifting that I noticed my body truly beginning to change to what I wanted. It's been a great experience and I'm so glad I started!

I love lifting weights :) I lift 4-5 days a week, plus cardio. You are welcome to add me :)

I'm a huge weight lifting fan! Feel free to add me if you are looking for some more buddies!

I lift 4-5 times a week depending on my schedule. Would be happy to swap ideas with you!
