I love to lift. I've been lifting since high school and have recently completed my 4th round of P90X. We are currently doing 63 days of the Insanity workout program, but I haven't given up my gym membership.0

I love lifting! I'm still pretty new to it but my workouts are so much more fun now, and it was only once I started lifting that I noticed my body truly beginning to change to what I wanted. It's been a great experience and I'm so glad I started!0
