Had a rough yeah and lost myself...gained weight and lost fitness. It feels harder this time round but im ready for it!!

Thanks for your support guys!! Slipped this weekend..so annoying but ive motivated for the week to come! Planning my food now i have been working alot of over time so havent had a day off since monday and wont be having one until sunday eek!!! So makes getting up and training so hard but...as you said..ive got this!!! i want to see my definition back!!!0
