Looking for a bit of support

Hi,
I'm 55 years old and need to lose about 75 pounds. I'm so far out of shape that walking 45 minutes on my treadmill is all I can manage right now. I'm relearning to count calories and watch what I eat all while I'm trying to quit drinking. If there is anyone else out there that might be in a similar boat I would love to be friends with you. Thanks.

I am 42 years old and have had had two strokes. I'm very out of shape. Learning to eat right and to control my hunger at night. I do a Richard Simmons tape every morning. I find them very motivating. I walk on my treadmill at night for 20 to 30 minutes after dinner. I quit drinking and smoking in May 2014 I know its not easy and exercise helps. I would like to be your fteind. I am doing the diet and exercise by myself some support would be great.0
