Hi newbiehere couple weeks into it and looking for some fellow kiwis to friend along the way :-) add me if ya wish im a 28yr old Busy mum of two but its time to drop tge baby weight and get healthy

    Hi Mawzermum. I'm a newbie also as in I started today after a session with a dietitian at the Medical Center in Alexandra this morning. I'm 71 and have struggled with weight problems all my life. Now that I take medication for blood pressure and cholesterol I need to get my life style under control and so the journey resumes. I wish you every success in your journey.
