First day in

Today is my first day back at it and of course, I am missing food. I ate really well today. Split my chipotle and ate small meals all day long, but it makes me so unhappy to eat like this. I wish it was easier, but I know to loose weight, I have to do this. I don't have trouble eating healthy, it just the amount of food I want. I love eating a whole lot, but to be skinny, that's not going to work out for me. Is anyone else going through this? What do you do? How do you push through?

    Water.....water.....and more water. I get up and try to do something....anything physical to take my mind off of the hunger. If all else fails......I let myself have a little healthy snack.
