So sorry all i dod not know how to. Repy or even that i got the comments. I did it by giving up wheat n sugar. Plus i moved to my boat. Its 1900 ft to the parking lot. I hate to exercize but if i want a shower. I got to go. i did the maintain weight on here. I blue it. Getting back down tho. I got pics but cant figure out how to post0
