Help!.

I'm not used to eating three meals a day plus snacks in between.. I can already tell I'm gonna have a hard time reaching my allowed calorie. I had 680 left on my first day and I have no more room for food. Help I need ideas how to improve this so I can lose the weight.

    Eat more calorie dense foods. I don't have this problem, but that would be my only suggestion.

    nut butters are good to add extra calories

    Are you weighing and logging absolutely everything? I'm not trying to sound harsh, but if you're trying to lose weight, chances are you didn't get to that point by not being able to eat enough calories. If you're under your goal by 680 cals a day, you should already be losing weight. What is your current rate of loss?

    I'm only saying this to make you understand that you're probably not logging accurately, so 'increasing' calorie intake may not be the best route, because you may well be eating enough already (and just not knowing it because you're not counting properly).

    My biggest thing was not eating the right things when I was eating. It's gotten better I'm learning to eat breakfast and lunch I used to snack and then my big meal was dinner. But it's gotten a lot better since then. :)

    You know what helps me I am always on the go do not have chance to eat at home but what I like to do is eat a small salad and 2 glasses of water before my meals the way I see it is if you working out why throw away that effort on the bad food right it's been tough for me also but I great journey to be a part off
