I've been doing hiit through instructor live but have had a bit of a cough and been off exercise except cycling to work. So thought I'd start up excercising again with Callanetics as it's gentle but toning.
Anyone had a success story using Callanetics?

Oh man... I'm sorry for being the first to comment, but I went to that website to find out what this is... man, it's full of BS and fake reviews, and an endorsement by Sun newspaper. If that doesn't seem legit, then I don't know what does.0

I think it's not all bs there are some toning benefits it's a lot like pilates. I have had some success in the past with it. I don't think any exercise is really that much better then another if it says it is that hyped up *kitten* is *kitten*. The ones that burn higher calories are the most helpful but not if you can't do high impact for health reasons.
I just wanted to see if anyone else had used it.0
