Hello!
Im struggling with having smaller meals during the day and when it comes to dinner time I usually have twice the calorie amount.. Is that bad? Even if it's around 730? Around 9pm I'll have a snack then go to bed around 10pm. Ive heard that larger amount of foods consumed before bed isn't so great for the body.
Any questions or suggestions are welcome!!
Thank you!

Eating timing is irrelevant. The only reason to avoid a meal before bed is if it disturbs your sleep. I eat very lightly during the day so I have a big dinner, and I snack up to just before bed. I've lost over 70lbs!0

Yep. I eat IN bed up until I fall asleep. I actually time my meals so that I can eat 3x from dinner until bed. Lost 30+ lbs.0

This. I've lost 73 lbs, plus an additional 25 from pregnancy. Meal timing is completely up to you.0 -
Generally no eating within the 3 hours prior to bed. This allows your digestion system to do most of its work before you sleep, which allows your body to repair itself during sleep, rather than work at digesting food.0
