Hey welcome I myself am also new my gym trainer suggested this to me I found the fact that my trainer is also monitoring it is quite motivating because I now am more hesitant about skipping out on work outs or cheat meals want to show I am actually trying maybe a trainer my favorite motivation quot by Ronald Reagan "it can be done " he didn't write it himself it was a gift but stood on rope of his desk throughout his presidential term to motivate him and he accomplished many great things with it0

typical food day for me is pretty basic, 3 meals 3 snacks. Breakfast is cereal , lunch usually a salad with chicken or cheese or a tuna salad. Supper is baked chicken with a fresh veggie or steamed veggies. snacks are almonds, apples sunflower seeds, homemade egg muffins, bananas if i have any. i do treat myself if i can work it into my calories.0
