Hi everyone! My name is Tabitha. I'm 25, and about 1 month into this new lifestyle. I have a 2.5 year old son, and still havent lost my "baby belly". I've never had a great diet...and by that i mean i LOVE junk food. Lol. So this has been a huge change for me. So i could really use some friends and encouragement. Friends with open diaries would be a huge plus. I think it would be helpful to see some of the healthy meals and snacks you eat to keep on track.

    Try intermittent fasting, search it on you tube. Or make a point of counting your calories. If you want to lose that stubborn belly fat make a point of counting your calories. If your eating less than your putting out its a certainty you'll lose weight, it as easy as calories in vs calories out. A lot of people neglect to count there calories thinking there judging it well but if the weights not coming off.. your not lol.
