due to lactose intolerance most protien shakes are a big no no. Was just wonderng if anyone has any recommendations for dairy free protien shakes that i can get in the uk? Theres a hemp based one in Holland & Barrett but the calories & carbs seem really high compared to the whey based ones. Thanks in advance

I'm not sure about UK availability, but I use peaceful planet supreme meal. It's vegan and soy free. I order mine through luckyvitamin.com.0

they soya one in holland and barrett is really grim. I wouldnt bother unless you really cant get it elsewhere. It tastes like flour and it makes you fart.0
