losing fat or just water weight?

I lost 11 pounds within 3 weeks of low carb diet. I just don't know if it's fat or just water weight. Any ideas please?

Well it wasn't all fat. Some/many of those pounds were water weight.0

Major water weight ..stripping your body of glycogen will do that
Some digested food matter from your digestive system
Some fat
Some LBM

Am I on the right track? I'm trying to lose 25 lbs. I was so happy since i lost 11 lbs already in just 3 weeks. How long can i attain my goal weight? I am on low carb 1240 cal diet.0

Are you on a plan you can stick to for life
Are you weighing and accurately logging all your food
Are you eating a wide range of brightly coloured vegetables, eating adequate protein and fats, dairy and not being overly restrictive
Are you following a way of eating to meet your calorie defecit across the week you find works for you
Are you moving more
Are you doing any form of progressive resistance exercise0
