losing fat or just water weight?

I lost 11 pounds within 3 weeks of low carb diet. I just don't know if it's fat or just water weight. Any ideas please?

    Well it wasn't all fat. Some/many of those pounds were water weight.

    Some digested food matter from your digestive system

    Some fat

    Some LBM

    Am I on the right track? I'm trying to lose 25 lbs. I was so happy since i lost 11 lbs already in just 3 weeks. How long can i attain my goal weight? I am on low carb 1240 cal diet.

    Are you weighing and accurately logging all your food

    Are you eating a wide range of brightly coloured vegetables, eating adequate protein and fats, dairy and not being overly restrictive

    Are you following a way of eating to meet your calorie defecit across the week you find works for you

    Are you moving more

    Are you doing any form of progressive resistance exercise
