Hey everyone
How many of us on here use a Polar Product ? I use Polars M400 and really get on well with it - there's lots of fitness related products out there but this one seems to cover everything I want, how about you ?

I use a v800, because I wanted heart rate in the water and swimming metrics, plus the things that other products give you - well, plus I got it used at a discount that I couldn't turn down. And I certainly do give them many many points for their science and research. But, honestly, the best word for the software is "sad." I'm a programmer, and I just want to take their software in my arms and reassure it that everything will be all right, one day. I wish I could take it all apart and put it back together in a more pleasing manner. They need to make a serious additional investment in their technical staff if they want have a prayer of continuing to compete with Garmin and Fitbit, and they need to put a women or three on their design team (for the same reason). I also had been considering buying the new 360 until I found out it didn't have GPS. I'm still wondering what was up with that decision.0

I've had my Polar FT7 for a year. Never had any issues with it.0

I use a FT60 HRM and really like it.
Allows me to customise settings with my tested VO2 max and max HR which is useful as I'm a bit of an outlier.
The fitness test / ownindex feature is interesting and seems to correlate well with my fitness levels.
The chest strap seems far more reliabe than the one that came with my earlier FT7.0 -
I have an H7 chest strap HRM. I use it with a couple of apps on my phone. It works well.0

I'm using a V800 now, I've used an FT 80 and loop, I've loved everyone of them. I like the V800 for the waterproof HRM feature, GPS and the different profiles. I was able to get it new at a discount since I only need the watch, already had a sensor.0

I've used several (like half a dozen) - they are very good. But I'm currently more of a Garmin guy.0
