While most folks believe Kermit the Frog was the original Muppet star... but that's not the case. Rowlf the Dog had a regular gig on television long before Kermit made the leap (excuse the pun) to the small screen.

I never noticed how much Baskerville's voice sounds like Kermit's voice... Coincidence?
