T25 for the first time

So I'm about to start T25 for the first time, any tips would be muchly appreciated as I'm not to sure if it's just another crappy workout dvd? Thoughts?

    I've done it before and don't like it as much as Insanity or Insanity Max 30. But it is a good workout non the less. Have water nearby and go at your own pace until you can do the moves with proper form.

    Thank you , I always take things slow to start as don't want to risk injury , I mainly want it for my fitness but if I shred up then happy days

    I love T25. I agree with Eileen... I like Insanity better, but you can't beat the shorter workout time! :)

    My advice is the same... go at your own pace. I sometimes turn away from the television which helps me focus on doing my best as opposed to paying attention to what the people on the screen are doing

    I have done Insanity twice and am almost done with my second round of T25 and I have seen some amazing results from both programs!
