44 yr old wife and mother of 2 boys age 19 and 10 with hypothyroidism weigh 148- 156 for over 10 yrs now want to be at least 135 mom has stage 2 diabetes want to fix this now

    Hi, and welcome. My dad has diabetes. He's being doing "okay" with it for the past 12 years or so, but I wish he would do more. He is insulin dependent now and has some other medical problems popping up. It scares me. I am built a lot like he is and I can see myself going down that path easily. So here I am.... :glasses: I'm only one week into it but have been doing pretty well. Feel free to add me if you needs friends!
