Ok so I decided to start MFP again this morning after I'd gotten to work. I have my dinner planned out but I normally buy lunch so I'm not prepared. Can anyone advise what are some good healthy options from cafes that I could get for lunch? Thanks in advance

Order a half portion. Or box up half to take home later. Skip the fries.
It is ok if the first day is not perfect. the point is that you made a decision and you already have tonight planned

Both Subway and Schlotsky's have several sandwich selections under 400 calories. Wendy's chili is surprisingly low in calories and high in protein.0

Thank you RodaRose!
Thank you ridge4mfp. I'm in Australia so unfortunately don't have the last 2 of the three restaurants you've mentioned and Subway isn't anywhere near my area. Wish we had more food places here like in the USA!!0
