My standard order when I go to Wendy's is a cup of chili and a baked potato. But take a look at the nutrition information and see what fits your goals.0

I get a small chilli and a small chocolate Frosty!
Also, like always, be careful with the nutrition info in the MFP database.. for months I was using a Frosty entry where they'd put the serving size as the calories and it was 80 calories less than it should have been!0 -

Last time I ate there, I got a chicken wrap and a baked potato with butter. It was around 500+ish calories, so not too bad.0
-
Jr. Bacon cheeseburger 380 calories. Half size asian salad is 240, but personally, I'd do the natural cut fries at 3200

I went last week after not having gone there in forever and a day... I got the deal they have right now 4 for $4. It filled me up.0

Ultimate chicken grill. 380 cals.0

Grilled chicken sandwich is good.0
-
Double stack, no cheese and half bun, with a side ceasar salad I'd my standard order there.0
-
Triple cheeseburger with extra bacon & mayo, large fries and a jumbo coke.
Since you didn't specify exactly what your goals or limitations were, I assumed this meal was as valid as any of the others mentioned.0 -
Grilled Asiago ranch chicken, or a Jr bacon cheeseburger and Caesar salad0

Small Chili and a Baked Potato. YUM. Or spicy chicken nuggets and a small fry. You know, when I'm living on the edge...LOL0

I just get the new grilled chicken as well no fries. Or if I'm more hungry than that I'll get 2 but only eat the chicken out of the other sandwich.0

Jr Bacon Cheeseburger no bun is my go-to for Wendy's. If I want 2 meals, I order a Baconator no bun. Grilled asiago ranch no bun is a fave too.0

Jr. cheeseburger deluxe and value size fries.0

I love the chili or the grilled chicken sandwich, sometimes the small fries and 4 pc nuggets when I really want to "live dangerously- teehee just joking-. their junior burgers are fine too just check the website information. i believe Wendy's has their info on a billboard in the store.0

Totally depends on the calories you can afford. Check their site and do the math.0

At my local Wendy's it wouldn't matter what you ordered, because that's not what you'd get.0

Small chili and baked potato or large chili and side salad.0

When we go to Wendy's I normally do small chili and bake potato or half size salad with small chili. They have a good grilled chicken sandwish and normally.do side salad instead of fries. Our local Wendy's does free Jr frosty on Sundays. Its a good treat that isn't a ton of calories0

Used to be spicy nuggets with fries, but now vegetarian, so just fries
