Hi guys, just looking for some advice on breakfast meals? If I'm not working I usually go to the gym in the mornings. So I need something that filling and good for workouts! I have tried fruit and yoghurt but it's not enough making me not able to put enough energy into working out. Any help/advice would be great ful. Thanks :)

Instead of fruit, add sliced almonds, chia seeds, hemp seeds and cook two slices of bacon.
You could try cottage cheese instead of yogurt.

    Something carb based?

    Porridge?
Egg on toast? - can add vegetables, ham, cheese to this?

How long do you have between breakfast and working out - I have to be careful in terms of feeling sick if I've eaten too close to an intense workout

You could eat after if you prefer

I just ate two scrambled eggs with 100g of Mushrooms and that keeps me filled up until lunch. But if I was working out within a couple of hours I would probably go with porridge with some honey or fruit.

On a weekend if I work out early I tend to not have anything. I eat my evening meals quite late so I figure I have probably still got the calories from that working for me, and I have had some of my best workouts on an empty stomach first thing in a morning.

Forget fruit and yoghurt (sugar & sugar), and go for Bacon/Eggs instead! :)
