Resistance Bands

I workout with resistance bands and do leg lifts and stuff. I've been confused as to what category of exercize to put it under. I've been putting it under weight lifting since theres resistance. Is that the right category or would you put it under something else? I just want to get it as accurage as possible. Thanks yall!

  • I'm no expert, but I would say that is accurate. I use bands a lot in my routines, especially for shoulders and traps. I love mine.

    I put it under weight lifting. Like you said, it's resistance, and though your muscles respond differently than with weights, it's still similar, calorie-wise.

    What about when you dont use bands but you like lay on ur side and left ur legs and stuff? What would you put that under?
