Should I enter my calorie total that is shown on my workout machine or use the myfitnesspal estimate

Hi, I am a little confused as to if I should enter my calories burned that is shown on my exercise machine or if I should go with MFP's estimate? I'm really worried I've been over-eating!

Okay, thank you. I'm concerned that I've been majorly over-eating because of this. I hope I don't start putting weight on.0

Neither. I use about 75% of the lower number if I forget my heart rate monitor.0

Okay, thank you.0
