40lbs down 160 to 120 with pics

Here are a few photos taken 2 years ago this week when I was on holiday in Cornwall, since then I put on a couple of pounds still, start of this year I began to look at what I eat and exercise a little more along with joining a gym early April. Last week I was again on holiday so I have plenty of photos to show the difference and compare :)

I'm around half way to my estimate target weight :)

    Hey Dude: You need to get some faster running shoes to make a quicker get-away from all those herds of women chasing you. ROFL, LOL, lol. Congratulations! Now, your biggest challenge is KEEPING THOSE FAT POUNDS off~~~FOREVER! Keep logging your food and exercise, forever. That will help keep you on track.
