Hey guys, im male, 5ft 7, 17.8lbs and 27 years old. Fed up of being fat and due to the fact im actually quite fit it very much annoys me! I box for my local club/town. I train mon, tue, wed for 60 mins of HARD work. Additionally on wednesdays before boxing i play 1 hour of 5 a side football. Thurs-fri i usually rest to let the doms settle. Sat or sun i will go for a 2 mile run or do some light boxing drills at home. I have a high bf% of around 37% so i definately need to lose the weight. Also fully medicaled and ready to compete in a boxing championship which i really would love to lose atleast a couple of stone for. Ive tried this in the past but i've always given up. Me and my wife have got to the point we are miserable and can no longer continue so we are gonna do this. Just wondered if someone could help me set activity level or give me an idea of cals. It says 1880 on mfp with lightly active. I tend not to like adding exercise cals in as they are obviously not accurate at all. Thanks for any help

So calculate your TDEE, change your MFP to 20% or so less than that and don't log exercise.

Using scooby it said 2800 cals which seems extremely high, thats with 20% fat loss

Try 2800 for 3 to 4 weeks and adjust up or down based on results. Based on your activity 1880 seems low, unless you're willing to add back exercise.
