And I weighed 1.4 pounds less this morning than on Thanksgiving morning.

Should I eat even more today, stay the same, or cut back?

It appears to be somewhere between 4100 and 4300.

ETA: If I stay consistent on the movement part.

I am jealous of your stomach. I started to feel uncomfortable after 500-600 calories of vegetables and turkey.

The leftovers are still there. I mean, there's still three pieces of chocolate pie that won't live to see tomorrow.
  • Kudos for counting with such accuracy.

It's no more or less accurate than if the number had been more base-ten-friendly. I'm pretty sure the margin of error is pretty similar to my typical margin of error.

obviously you should eat more, it is apparent that you have starved our body for so long that it now won't let go of weight unless you really ply it with food. I am thinking work for half of a cow today, cooked or not the choice is yours.

No cows, only poultry. And pies.

Well, he's in Texas--there shouldn't be any shortage of cattle. BBQ'd steaks the day after Thanksgiving sounds yummy! I can eat 800-900 at once and be OK, depending on what food it is.

My Hero. I just had the last leftover piece of pecan pie for breakfast. Chocolate bourbon pecan pie. What can I say; it looked so lonely...

You win the internets today, sir!
I only made it to 4203.
But I was just in Texas where I ate two meals: huevos divorciados for breakfast in Dallas, then steak milanese with chile con queso at a tex mex diner in El Paso. Both were amazing!

That sounds amazing. I also had pecan pie for breakfast, but not of the chocolate bourbon variety!

I was just over 3000 yesterday so I bow to your greatness sir... However, I'm doing it all over again with my side of the family on Saturday, and today is a movie/pizza/popcorn marathon with the kids, Sunday we will watch football and eat chili so I'm thinking I can make it to 10K in four days pretty easily...

Looks like I'm going to have to seriously up my game come Christmas. But I was never in it for this holiday not being American or in America. Hmm, anyone fancy a guest next year?

Nice ! I only made it to 5,396 yesterday before I tapped out. I woke up weighing the exact same weight as the day before. ( I don't have leftovers though so today will be the normal 2,300 )

    What does that mean?

How does one not have leftovers?

    Does not compute

Wow and I felt crazy for doing 2200 which is 400 more than I normally eat. And I was stuffed after my turkey, mashed potato, stuffing, gravy, corn on the cob, garlic green beans feast. Of course 6 months ago I could have done well over 6000 for that one day.

Well done! I have no idea what my count was because I didn't log or even think about it. Just ate ALL the foodz and enjoyed every bite.

I didn't even try logging yesterday. I could have had 2000 it could have been 10000 lol I lived in blissful ignorance for the whole day.

Shoot for a minimum of 12,000. At your current level you are probably deficient in protein to prevent you from losing LBM. Don't let the naysayers or science convince you otherwise.

Personally, I would eat my maintenance calories today (if maintaining) or my deficit (if still losing), but I would just chalk it all up as one day of eating over.
