I think by far Rice Vinegar!! It tastes so good with a cucumber!! ;)

    Don't forget the Red wine vinegar for marinating of the Delicious meat!! Rice wine vinegar for covering the cucumbers, and olive oil to blend with the balsamic vinegar for the Finale of the sweetness of the dipping bread!! Taste So delicious!! I think dipping the bread in the olive oil with some balsamic vinegar is the Extremely Most Desirable!!
