Hello All,
I am Jasmine. I recently went from 158lbs to 176lbs in one year. I haven't been as active as usually am and I am ready to get back in shape. I believe that I let failed relationships get in the way of me taking care of myself. I am focused now and I want to get in better shape for myself. I've already been taking the time to get to know myself and now I need to use this progress to take care of me. I have a fitness goal of losing 15 pounds and gaining muscle by my birthday in May. I'm doing more running and weights. What I love about my body today is the added weight gain has given me hips and my butt is bigger lol I want to tone my legs, arms, and abs.
