Hello I'm Once Upon a Time (Once I was a lean, strong and healthy woman),
I'm trying to get there again. I just started using Myfitness pal. I need all the help I can get! Lots of things to learn and try and excited about achieving real weight loss. If you have any good pointers I would love to read them! thank you and wishing you health, strength and continued success!

My biggest piece of advice is to log as honestly as possible. Even if you're not planning on staying under your calorie goal, log all your food.
