Not Waiting for the New Year!

My sisters encouraged me to start back on fitness pal and tracking NOW.... instead of waiting until the New Year. What a great idea. I think I won't necessarily be losing big amounts of weight between now and Xmas, but at least, with logging on Fitness Pal, I'll be aware of my calorie intake and exercise, so I won't be packing on the pounds!

    Awesome idea ....... if you focus now, you'll find it much easier to say "no" to the really bad stuff .... and practice all the polite ways to say "no, thank you" .... you'll need them LOL

    I'm with you too! After eating too much on thanksgiving, I am totally motivated to feel better!

    Good stuff! It may also encourage you to up your exercise a little bit on days you want to indulge.
