I need help! On the weekends I have the tendency to sleep in really late so I don't get a Headstart on eating all of my 1200 cal. What should I do? Today I woke up at 12:30. Should I eat all 1200 and pack them in? Or should I eat about half? What should I do so I also know what to do in the future

1200 is the minimum one should eat, eat proteins for calories add some good fats, maybe peanut butter on whole grain bread
& yes eat your proper amount of calories as best as you can, a day here and there is ok but i'd make sure these don't happen very often0 -
You should be eating 1200 calories a day - that's the minimum recommended here & it's meant to help you get all your nutrients
There's no need to do things like eat breakfast in the morning - if you wake up late enough that it's technically lunch before you eat, so be it.
Are you short on time and only able to eat once if you wake up later? What do your weekends look like as far as activities and such? Are you home or do you leave for work/errands/something else?

Just...eat 1200 calories. At least. You still have breakfast, a snack, dinner, dessert...I can eat 1200 calories in a sitting.0

Eat the 1200. It's not a humongous amount, so it should be pretty easy.0

Timing is irrelevant. Just eat.0

Have you tried looking at your calories from a weekly view? That way, there are some days where you might go over your calorie goal and some days where you might go under, but it is perfectly fine as long as you are averaging out to your calorie goal (for instance, if I maintain on 1500, I would still average 1500 calories per day for the week even if I ate 1000 calories two days and 1700 calories the other five days).
If you're constantly struggling to meet 1200, then it might be a good idea to assess your food choices and meal timing to see if there is a way you can meet 1200. It's very easy to add a few hundred extra calories by cooking with more oil or eating more calorie-dense foods as a snack (nuts, cheese, chocolate).0 -
"Time is an illusion. Lunch time doubly so." When you eat has no bearing on your weight loss. As long as you keep to your calorie goals. If you wanted to eat all your 1200 calories in one meal, it would be no different in terms of the weight loss you will get from it as compared to spreading it out through the day. Just eat your calories.0

If it were me, I'd wake up and eat 'breakfast' regardless of it technically being 'lunch time'.
A few hours later, you'll have lunch and then a late evening meal. Easy!
1200 is a very low allowance so you shouldn't struggle to reach that. Timing isn't important but make sure you are eating to your 1200.0
