I know this seems like a silly question - but I'm curious what others are using. I have a desk job (I am an instructional specialist for a school district). So when I am at a school - I can be on my feet and busy - but when I am in the office - am usually sitting (meetings, etc.). But I do exercise at least twice a week for an hour long (exercise classes at the gym). So I put myself down as lightly active. Does that seem accurate? Thank you!

That gives you more calories per day and watch your weight. If you are losing then that is the right setting. Adjust setting if are losing too fast or not losing at all.0
