Regarding darklords on resistance bands. Years ago I did isometric conditioning for about a year then was in horrific motorcycle accident. Dr. said if I had not been in such good shape (from isometrics) I would have lost my lower leg and taken much longer to recover. So-you don't have to use the standard weight lifting to get your muscles in great condition. Go for it.0
