I have a sweet tooth. I want something sweet! All around me there is left over pumpkin pie, chocolate cream pie... and cookies. Need something healthily.

to help with sweet cravings take a low cal frozen fudge stick, put in micro for 10-15 seconds or so and add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, mixing together. So good and takes like a peanut butter cup.

I ended up eating an Apple sliced with a tablespoon of caramel drizzled over it. I will have to try the fudge stick next time. Thanks

I always keep treats in the house for when I'm craving something sweet. A piece or two of high quality dark chocolate goes a long way towards making me happy, or a weighed serving of Chapman's chocolate caramel swirl frozen yogurt... and both would be around the same calories as the apple and caramel, depending on portions.

I snack on almonds daily, and I add chocolate chips to them.

I have a tsp of clear runny honey when i am craving something sweet... really takes the edge off for minimum calories!
