I am trying really hard to loose weight... I weigh my food, am picky with what I eat etc. But I am gaining 2lb here and there then loosing it before gaining it again. I am changing nothing!! I am really starting to loose heart as I am currently on 1lb less than I was over a month ago but I'm eating a 500 calorie deficit everyday.

You're not logging properly in some way

    So maybe
    You're not weighing everything
    You're not logging everything
    You're choosing incorrect entries
Or you're over estimating your activity level or choosing incorrect calorie burns for purposeful exercise

What are your stats? Height, weight, age, activity level, weight loss goal per week
    Can you open your diary?

Your ticker says you lost 24lbs ...over what time frame? Perhaps you've had bad habits sneak in or haven't adjusted your calorie allowance down

It may also just be a stall, if you are doing everything right, compounded by sodium, extra carbs after cutting carbs, change in exercise or hormones around ovulation/ period

You've lost a lb in the last 4 weeks so it is a bit early to be worried about it.

Keep doing what you have been doing and you'll probably find that you will get a whoosh of weight loss. Hormones, salt, all sorts of things can make you have a small stall.

If you are maintaining your current weight (+/- 1 or 2 lbs) you are not creating a consistent 500cal deficit.

Your daily calorie target may need adjustment, so recalculate your TDEE and activity level. Make sure you are accurately weighing all your food and drink. If you exercise and eat the exercise calories, make sure the calorie burn is not over-estimated.

I lost thAt weight since September this year (3 months). My calorie allowance has always been the minimum (1200) as i am short!! I tried upping it to see if that made any difference (1330) but it didn't.

@clairec230787 your diary isn't open to all - you need to go here http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/settings and then select Diary Settings; scroll way way way down to the bottom and on the left tick the "Public" button then save the changes. Then we'll be able to take a look

You need to tighten up your logging imo. I see a lot of 'half a cup' or '1 piece' and some generic entries etc.

Use a scale and measuring cups! Gets me backon track always.

I agree with this. Judging by the brands, you are in the UK? We don't have standardised measurements for cups here, so use a scale to weigh your food in grammes (don't rely on the pack weight!), use a measuring jug or spoons for liquids, and double check all the nutrition information on MFP with the information per 100g/100ml on the pack (creating your own food list if necessary). Also, those Quick Adds probably aren't helping.
