Hello, my name is Keli and 2 weeks ago i started my healthy journey! I'm 5'3 150lbs, my goal weight is 140 for a vacation in February! I've been seeing a trainer twice a week doing weights and doing 2-3 days of cardio. My calories are normally under 1400.
I haven't lost anything in the past two weeks
actually weighted in at 152 today!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Be patient, sounds like a winning strategy. Two weeks is not enough to accurately notice a difference. Log carefully, you will find that your body will drop weight. Most common problem for people is simply they are logging improperly (eating more than they think they are). I often stalled for a week or two, then would lose 5 lbs in a day...water weight from all that exercise recovery always seems to hang around.
Eating is the main thing....losing weight is definitely a result of consuming less than your body is burning. Exercise helps but calorie reduction is the fastest, most efficient way to make improvements. Keep asking and you will get support here. A lot of knowledgeable people who have been there and will share what they know.
There is a flow chart that someone will post (I hope) that answers most of the newbie questions about "why I am not losing?"
