This time last year I was around 442 pounds. Today, I'm down to 389 pounds. I'm interested in adding step aerobics and a stability ball to my workout routine, but all the step aerobic benches and stability balls I've been able to find in stores and online all have a weight limit of 250 pounds. None seem to be able to handle my weight and frankly its discouraging. Any ideas where I can find this sort of thing that can handle a 390 pound woman?

Congrats on your weight loss! Check out Amazon and search for 400 lb weight limit. Some equipment options come up. Maybe try a half bosu ball instead of the stability ball? Good luck and congrats again!0

Here are plyometrics boxes that work great as steps and can hold higher weights: http://www.amazon.com/Plyometric-Platform-Box-Set--Red/dp/B001OGFYSC/ref=sr_1_4?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1448818992&sr=1-4&keywords=plyometric+boxes0

I'd go with SPRI Elite. It's a gym-grade ball with a 600 lb limit. Holds its shape and doesn't egg out.
45 or 55 cm. size. What is your height?
